Aire River House is a big beautiful house with sweeping views of the Heritage listed Aire River and wetlands. It is ideally located as a base for the Great Ocean Walk and is only 1km from Aire Valley Restaurant, which will provide breakfast, packed lunches and dinners.

For nature lovers this 80 acre property has 1km of private river frontage and is home to a variety of native birds and wildlife. Koalas are often spotted in the trees at eye level from the living room and a quiet stroll is sure to spot a platypus.

For anglers, the Aire River and Estuary supports healthy populations of Bream and Trout, so don't forget the fishing gear. Much care and attention has gone toward fitting out this house that comfortably sleeps up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms.

Itinerary will include the whole 104kms of the Great Ocean Walk, from Apollo Bay to the Twelve Apostles.
